About this record
A masterpiece that represents 70's sweet soul! Produced by the talented producer Paul Kaiser, the definitive album released by the New Jersey group Soul Generation in 1972 has been reissued on LP for the first time in a long time!
From medium tempo tracks such as a cover of The Rascals' "Ray Of Hope" to ballads such as the title track, you'll fall in love with the sweet and dreamy world created by Cliff Perkins on falsetto lead and the other four members! The backing by Joe Sample (key), Chuck Rainey (b), Paul Humphrey (ds) and others is also wonderful. Two single-only tracks -- the excellent dancer "Praying For A Miracle" and the super sweet ballad "I Wonder What She's Doin'" -- are also included.
