UNTIL THE SKY BREAK

UNTIL THE SKY BREAK is a hard, focused collaboration between Obijuan and Camoflauge Monk, the Griselda-affiliated producer whose sound helped shape their core aesthetic. The record is raw and disciplined, built on minimal, cold production that leaves no room for excess.

Camoflauge Monk supplies stark loops, heavy drums, and grim textures that hit with patience rather than force. The beats are sparse but oppressive, giving Obijuan space to deliver his verses with precision and control. His writing is grounded, introspective, and uncompromising — dealing with survival, isolation, faith, and staying aligned in hostile conditions.

There’s no gloss here, no hooks chasing attention. UNTIL THE SKY BREAK is about endurance and clarity under pressure. A late-night record, heavy and unforgiving, that reinforces Obijuan’s position in the underground and highlights Camoflauge Monk’s ability to build atmosphere through restraint.
