Sketches of Spain [LP]

Miles Davis’ Sketches of Spain is one of the most celebrated albums of his career and a landmark in jazz. Originally released in 1960, the album finds Davis collaborating with arranger and conductor Gil Evans to create an evocative fusion of jazz, classical music and Spanish folk traditions.

Featuring Davis’ expressive trumpet alongside Gil Evans’ richly textured orchestral arrangements, Sketches of Spain is atmospheric, cinematic and deeply melodic. This Music On Vinyl reissue presents the essential Miles Davis classic in a premium vinyl edition, making it an excellent addition to any jazz collection.
